Rare late 90's military trial Black Hills 87 grain open tip match .223 Remington! The high bullet weight is achieved by using compressed tungsten in place of lead as the bullet's core. This was one of 27 projectiles entered in the military trials. The contract was eventually awarded to Black Hills for their 77 grain OTM, which became known as the MK262 Mod 0. This ammunition is in excellent shape, but expect the rather thin and fragile cardboard boxes and sleeves to show yellowing and creasing.
