The VZ 52 is a Czech made post WWII (1952-1957) rifle, chambered in 7.62x45mm. Features a side folding bayonet and detachable 10 round box magazine, many people think of it as the SKS's distant cousin. This particular rifle was made at the AYM factory, which made fewer total VZ 52's than the SHE factory. Although this rifle does have a detachable box magazine, it also has the ability to be loaded from stripper clips when the bolt is locked open. A very neat milsurp rifle you don't see every day!
