Dozer Service
I ordered two boxes of this .22 caliber self-defense ammunition, and the Dozer website informed me that they only had one box in stock. That was fine with me, so I completed the purchase. I then got an email from Dozer telling me that they had found a second box of the ammo, but the container was cracked, so they would send it to me at no extra cost. It took exactly three days for the order to arrive, and it was as described. I have not fired the ammunition yet, so I cannot judge its efficacy, but I am not accustomed to such amazing customer service. Dozer is to be commended.
