For best results and longevity, avoid getting the fob wet. If it gets wet, airdry and moisturize/condition with oil. Our favorite product for this purpose is Bick 4. It cleans, conditions, and moisturizes the leather all in one step without darkening the leather. Otherwise, just your average boiled linseed or coconut oils can work, but they tend to darken the leather with each application, taking away the magnificence of the Komatsu D355A.
NOTE: because these keychains are all hand made, there may be very slight variances in appearance. These are made of Veg-Tan leather, therefore they will take on a natural patina over time. This is a highly sought after appearance you just can't duplicate with cheaper materials like "pleather". The durability is unmatched, with the entire grain still in tact. Proper care of this keyfob will extend it's life for decades!
